Want to plan your workout but not sure what activity to do? Us Weekly and Plan B have a widget to get you fit and active. Select your preferred activity: Yoga / pilates, running, weights or cycling. Then input that day’s circumstances: short on time, bad weather, recovering from an injury or on a vacation.
