Announcing Widgetbox Blog Network v2.0!

Widgetbox launched the Widgetbox Blog Network just a few weeks ago – and today we are announcing its second version with several great new features and improvements:
New, Customizable Widget
Each channel within the Blog Network has its own widget… and we’ve given them all a new look and feel! The widgets are also customizable – so you can set its color gradient and size to match your blog’s template. Here’s an example for the Women’s Channel
Blog Profile Pages and Blidget Promotion
All bloggers within the Widgetbox Blog Network now have a “Blog Profile” page that links to your blog (great for SEO), promotes your Blidget, and links to all of your latest posts. Check out the “Brain Pickings” profile as an example – it’s the 3rd most popular blog in Arts & Design.
Improved Rankings and Algorithms
We are continually improving the algorithms for top bloggers and top blog posts – both of which are dynamically featured in the widgets. Our algorithms reward popular and frequent writers while also spotlighting new and interesting content from across the rest of the Channel.
Network and Widget Tracking
Specifically for those bloggers who regularly check their analytics reports: we added tracking to the Channel widgets so that you will now see “widgetserver.com” as your referring source – enabling you to view all of the visits arriving from Widgetbox.com and our Channel Widgets.

Great stuff. I especially like the the cool layout of the widget and the fact that it can be customized to blend in with individual sites.

within weeks and there are new added features?Widgetbox are really into the blog network, making it as wonderful as it could be. Are we still able to enjoy the features if we doesn't want to use the widgetbox blog?
I have been searching high and low for a good blog network with a number of features that suits my needs and help come the widgetbox blog network!With all the features available i believe i will be able to work out the best through it!Hope to see my integrations!
I really like the widget displayed.. but I'm not too keen on the peel away ads that are featured within it.
