Are QR Codes Finally Taking Off?

Sure QR (quick response) codes have been around for years, but they are only now starting to gain traction. Forget the old way of sharing your URL or web app with customers. The rapid expansion of smartphones in the US is creating new ways of distributing information. While QR codes and scanners have been used in Japan and other countries for years, QR code scanner software (which act similar to UPC scanner apps on mobile phones) is finally making it possible for US smartphone users to view a QR code via their camera.

A New Way to Showcase Your Video Content

The New Slideshow Display TypeThis month we added a new feature to our

Video Gallery widget that makes it even easier to showcase single videos.

The Slideshow format is our newest display type for the Video Gallery widget. Along with our existing Filmstrip, Gallery, and List display types it allows you to easily display your video content in a professional-looking widget. The Slideshow format gives you the option to showcase your video content one video at a time without any thumbnails appearing. In true slideshow fashion, the new format allows viewers to click through your video content by clicking "next" and "previous".
