Yesterday we made our first DevShare program payments to our developer community. We are so excited about this! As I talked about a while back when I wrote about the Widgetbox values board, we firmly believe that the success of our community is necessary for the success of our company. It is just awesome to see this vision start to become reality.
Just to remind everyone, currently our DevShare program is only live for widgets that have gone through our Facebook App Accelerator. We are looking forward to rolling this program out all over the web, so stay tuned!
I sent an email to everyone today who opted in to the DevShare program. If you did not receive one from me, but you checked the DevShare box while accelerating your widgets into Facebook apps, please let me know! We may not have your PayPal email, and I definitely got a few bounced emails today.
